The Live Quiz Game Your Class Already Knows
If your students have played a live quiz game before, they will know what to do without a walkthrough.
Where LingQuiz Differs
AI Writes the First Draft
The part that takes the longest is writing good questions. LingQuiz starts you with a full draft instead of a blank quiz.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is LingQuiz affiliated with Kahoot?
No. LingQuiz is an independent product. Kahoot! is a trademark of its owner and is mentioned here only to describe the kind of live quiz game LingQuiz offers.
How is LingQuiz different?
The live game will feel familiar: a game code, timed questions, a live leaderboard, and a podium. The difference is how the quiz gets made. LingQuiz generates it with AI from a topic, notes, a PDF, an image, or a YouTube video, and you edit the result before hosting.
Is it really free?
Yes. Hosting live games is free, with up to 50 players per room. Making a quiz with AI is free too, within a usage quota.
Can I import my existing Kahoot quizzes?
Not directly. There is no import. You can paste your quiz content as text and generate a new quiz from it, then review the questions before you host.
Do students need an account?
No. Students join as guests with a nickname from any phone, tablet, Chromebook, or laptop browser.
What question types can I use live?
Multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank with four options. Written-answer formats like short answer are for solo practice only.
